Show Notes
Most Stephen King fans agree that his post-apocalyptic epic novel THE STAND is his magnum opus. We will not be discussing that, as we are forbidden from doing so. Instead, we're parsing through all six hours of the miniseries that aired in 1994 and stars Gary Sinise, Molly Ringwald, Rob Lowe, and Bill Fagerbakke (the voice of Patrick Star on Nickelodeon's SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS). But the true star of this movie is stereotypes we can't believe were acceptable only twenty years ago.
Also in this episode: Rob self-medicates, and Dan dreams of mattresses smaller than a minifridge.
