By the time of her death at 10 years old, Zahra Baker had faced more intense challenges than most will face in their lifetime. Although the case has closed, police were unable to determine exactly how or when Zahra died. But her scattered remains depict a violent tragedy, perpetrated by the very people who should have been protecting her.
