Today would have been Jaclyn Dowaliby's 42nd birthday if had she not been kidnapped in the middle of the night from her bedroom and murdered. Her mother and stepfather Cynthia and David Dowaliby were arrested for the murder of their daughter, but eventually acquitted. To this day, no one else has ever been charged.
