The siblings kicking off Carie's birthday month with a film about a charmingly funny and outrageously sad tale of a medical student whose treatment philosophy included a clown nose and laughter, Patch Adams (1998). Ross finds the ethical implications of some of his practices troubling, while Carie gets fussy over certain Hollywood revisions to the real Patch Adams' life story, all while the siblings remember Robin Williams for his deeply dimensional acting prowess.
