KOKO Gives the Gift of Giving with a Classy Easter ‘No Guest Nonsense’

This week on the KOKO Show we take a philanthropic approach to talking absolute garbage and sprinkling our chaos with just the right amount of rugby. Although we didn't give you a guest this week, we make up for it ten fold with a sublime wrap up of all the rugby that took place in the Pacific, including the Tahs big upset of the in form ACT Shetland Ponies and how the Canes just keep rolling. Plus, we have a little mental health check-in on all the lads, we belatedly celebrate the births of Drew and Swoop and we play a cheeky little game of Never have I ever. We are well aware this show is simply the 50 minutes attached to the segment that is sweeping the nation, so without fail we serve up a truly centered and holistic version of ‘What’s in Swoop’s Temu Cupboard’. So sit back, relax and let the inane chatter of four has-beens fill the void in your life that has been vacant for so long. Here at KOKO we want to wish you all a happy and safe Easter and may the bunny be bad for your waistlines. It is time for an all new episode of Kick Offs and Kick Ons.    TIMESTAMPS 00:00 - Start of the show 02:18 - KOKO Health Check and Weekend wrap up09:24 - The modern day sporting parent 13:07 - The KOKO Birthday Game 19:59 - Rugby Round Up - BRUMBIES V WARATAHS 27:28 - HURRICANES V REDS 29:57 - FORCE V CHIEFS 34:03 - OTHER SUPER RUGBY SCORES 37:01 - Other Rugby News 41:33 - Never Have I Ever Game 50:09 - Swoop’s Temu Cupboard 59:00 - Close of the show BUY YOUR KOKO MERCHANDISE AND STAY TUNED FOR EVENTS - www.kickoffsandkickons.comMake sure you follow us on all socials:INSTA: @kickoffskickons TWITTER/X: @kickoffskickons YOUTUBE: @kickoffsandkickons TIKTOK: @kickoffskickons If you do want to talk about sponsorship or anything business related then please do get in touch with us [email protected]. RETURN OF THE MACK: Our Long Lost Son Returns Live on the KOKO Set

This week on the KOKO Show we are joined live in the studio by our favourite ‘KOKO Confidant’ and Ireland Rugby’s answer for the weird uncle at a family BBQ, it is the one and only Mr Mack Daddy Hansen. With Mack in the studio and wearing pants for the first time the lads get down to business talking about his current injury, the Irish Six Nations campaign, what he is doing back in Aus and his budding relationship with Andy Farrell. This episode is wall to wall laughs as Mack and the boys go for long walks down memory lane, shoot the shit about cracking career moments and then they finish with a little swiping session in a game we like to call ‘Teammate Tinder’. Plus, we knock the froth off a couple of cold ones and give you a full wrap of the Superb Rugby, giving Slips his flowers for conquering game 203 and most importantly we go deep on all the action from across the weekend in the Pacific. Lastly but certainly not the ‘leastly’, Swoop comes in real hot from a forage around his Temu Cupboard with a few items that will leave you hairless and shocked to your core. So sit back, relax and let the majestic nature of Mack Hansen fill your every nook and cranny, this fella is one of a kind and he stars in the all new episode of Kick Offs and Kick Ons. TIMESTAMPS:00:00 - Start of the show 02:50 - The boys open up about what they love rugby 11:41 - Mack’s injury update 15:22 - Ireland’s Six Nations Campaign 18:47 - Mack’s bond with Andy Farrell 23:56 - Mack’s accent and leaving the Brumbies 27:31 - The first time Mack played the Wallabies and how you deal mentally 33:59 - KOKO’s Teammate Tinder 45:22 - Rugby Round Up - BRUMBIES V CHIEFS 49:22 - DRUA V REDS 51:01 - WARATAHS V BLUES 55:04 - OTHER SUPER RESULTS 55:40 - Swopp’s Temu Cupboard 01:08:05 - KOKO’s upcoming bet with Mack 01:09:13 - Close of the Show  BUY YOUR KOKO MERCHANDISE AND STAY TUNED FOR EVENTS - www.kickoffsandkickons.comMake sure you follow us on all socials:INSTA: @kickoffskickons TWITTER/X: @kickoffskickons YOUTUBE: @kickoffsandkickons TIKTOK: @kickoffskickons If you do want to talk about sponsorship or anything business related then please do get in touch with us [email protected]. KOKO Goes Loco for the Record Rampaging James ‘Styvo’ Slipper

This week on the KOKO Show we are joined by the man that is about to sit alone atop the mountain as the most capped Super Rugby player ever. That is right this rag tag show has once again landed a white whale and the game of rugby’s ‘Mr Right Now’, James ‘Styvo’ Slipper. This coming weekend slips moves to 203 Super Rugby games and takes out the title, so on the show he humbly talks about all the records he holds, his imminent playing future and he defends some funny stories that we got from his wife Kara. This bloke has changed the game of rugby in Australia for the better and this week on KOKO we give this big backy bastard his flowers and shower him with some much deserved adoration. Plus, we tackle all the action from the Superb Rugby and we proudly crown France the Champions of the Guinness Six Nations, after an ‘all-time’ after the siren execution of those English lads. However, this week isn't all about the RA RA - we take some time to talk about our weekend activities, we discuss the best proposal stories, we test the boys French speaking skills and of course we dumpster dive right back into Swoop’s Temu cupboard. So sit back, relax and take and intravenous dose of some fucking C’est La Vie. It is time to say “Such Is Life” with an all new episode of Kick Offs and Kick Ons. KOKO Flies Solo as the Super Rugby Heats up and the Six Nations Explodes

This week on the KOKO Show we are foraging around the world of rugby as lone rangers lost in a wilderness of psychedelic southern footy and naturally naughty northern Internationals. That is right, we are serving up an extra sloppy no guest nonsense for you, allowing our little island of misfit degenerates to spread their wings and do what they do best, talk absolute rubbish and little bit of rugby. First up, we get stuck right into all the action of Super Rugby from the weekend that saw the Reds sneak home against the unbeaten Brumbies, the Blues castrate the Crusaders and the Canes show the Tahs who is daddy. Just to name a few, plus we get right into the nitty gritty with the Guinness Six Nations, with Ireland downing the Dragons, the English getting pantsed by the panettone producing Italians and the Scots telling the French where they can escargot! Plus, we break down all the magical machinations heading into the final week of games as the best comp in the world (so they say) goes down to the wire. Finally, the lads have a little fun around fire as they pick out some famous rugby appendages, they hand out some ‘Re-KOKO-mendations’ for the fans and of course we finish with our very own ‘Titan of Temu’. So sit back, relax and get out your night vision goggles, KOKO is about to go full stealth. He is a man with many masks and some of them wear mouth tape, he speaks his mind and we all know that can be a very interesting place to say the least, please welcome the one and only Mr Carlo Tizzano. With Carlo on the flank the lads get stuck into the Force’s start to the 2026 season, his wild journey throughout the Lions Tour and how he is currently monetizing his unborn child. Then we finish off our little catch up with our neuro know-it-all by playing a very game of True or False where we unpack the trials and tribulations faced by Carlo being the only Italian known to man that is allergic to eggplant.Plus, we have a deep dive into the week that was in Superb Rugby as we take a look around the grounds, illuminating how the Aussies’ had a weekend to remember in Round 3. To finish our footy-fueled feast we head north to preview a mouth watering round four of the Guinness Six Nations, wetting your whistles with the likes of Ireland v Wales, Italy v England and the big one at Murrayfield Scotland v France. Matt Philip Stops by the KOKO Pig Pen and the Boys Discuss the Plight of Punch

This week on the KOKO Show we got down and dirty with the buff, broad and beautiful captain of the NSW Waratahs Mr Matt Philip. With Matt riding comfortably in our side-car of craziness, the lads chat about the Tahs hot start to 2026, his return home to skipper his childhood team and lastly we play a little game of TRUE of FALSE the Matt Philip edition. Plus, the boys get hot and bothered about round two of the Superb Rugby, talking all things oval ball in the Pacific, as well as, a little trip up North to chat Six Nations footy, focussing heavily on French flare and English despair. Furthermore, Drew this week has been enamoured about the plight of the Japanese monkey Punch and his hardships he has faced after being disowned and bullied in captivity. Thus, we have launched a new segment where the boys illuminate something in their lives that they just can’t let go of, all whilst holding ‘Hope’ the orangutan of comfort. Lastly but certainly not the least, we are back with a couple of juicy segments to round out the ep, Swoop adds a few more items to his Temu cupboard and the lads play a little game called ‘Guess that Salad’. So sit back, relax and think about how shit England is at rugby. Moreover, the feast of footy did not stop here as we headed up to our NHLs to break down Scotland’s big win over England, Ireland holding on against the Italian and the French putting the Welsh on toast. The KOKO Show is Back for 2026 at the Rugby World Cup Schedule Reveal in Sydney

We are back for our first episode of the year and there is no better place to launch our new season than from the 2027 Rugby World Cup Schedule Reveal on the beautiful shores of Sydney Harbour. With the formalities all done and dusted, the games all announced and the William Webb Ellis trophy doing its thing around Australia the lads got to sit down with World Rugby Chair and former Wallaby Brett Robinson for a candid chat about the upcoming tournament. The boys press Brett on his must watch games for the World Cup, the teams that could shock the competition and what he expects from the opening match between the Wallabies and Hong Kong China in Perth. With the World Cup just around the corner in 2027 it is fair to say that rugby hysteria is at fever pitch down under and KOKO can't wait for it to roll around. Plus, the lads get stuck into a little ‘Other Rugby News’ as they chat about Rock Elsom’s Noosa spotting, Razor getting sacked by the All Blacks and the teammate scuffle at the Waratahs. Lastly, the KOKO crew pick their Six Nations teams for 2026, as well as a full slate of tips for round one this weekend. So fear not our weary faithful, the KOKO has returned and we are ready to make 2026 bigger and better than ever. S2 Ep 48KOKO Says Farewell, So Long and See You Next Time to 2025

As Andrea Bocelli once said “it’s time to say goodbye” to 2025 and gear up for a very merry silly season filled with rosé, prawns and a little touch of gout. This year for the KOKO show has been an absolute belter, we opened a new stadium in Hong Kong, we welcomed the British and Irish Lions down under and we delivered 48 rib tickling episodes to the people. This week we are rolling out the OG crew one last time to talk about the slate of international games that happened over the weekend, including the French smash up of the Wallabies, the Boks bouncing Ireland, the AB’s getting it done over Wales and England sneaking past the Argentinians. In what has been a topsy turvy year for rugby in Australia we saw it fit to finish the season with a little health check of the Wallabies, to see if McDreamy, McSteamy and McPeggy can still feel a pulse. With all the footy now in the rear vision mirror that lads decided to reflect on the year that was by presenting to you our loyal fans the second annual screening of the ‘KOKO Awards’ - recognising excellence in the fields of footy, fame and fun stuff. Plus, we are the gift that keeps on giving, as you know we have been shredding for summer all thanks to our partnership with WHOOP and today is the day for our grand reveal. Although not all of us hit our targets (or none of us) there is a glorious mid-show medley of man meat that simply can’t be missed. So, before we sign off one final time for 2025, all of us here at KOKO would love to thank you for your loyal and unwavering support of our silly little show. Please keep fighting the good fight, being kind to one another and please keep your eye on Swoop in the wild. It is time for the season finale of Kick Offs and Kick Ons. S2 Ep 47The KOKO Show and Ben Donaldson Pair Up to Unpack the Walllabies’ Fall From Grace

This week on The KOKO Show we are joined in studio by a follically fabulous fly-half, he is a bronzed bombshell from Bondi who should probably be on tour with the Wallabies right now, but what the hell do we know! It is of course the one and only Mr Ben Donaldson. With Benny Boy riding shotgun the lads get candid with their concerns, as they dissect the Wallabies’ record breaking loss to a Mack Hansen powered Irish side in Dublin. The loss to Ireland is one thing for the Wallabies, but the lads appeared to be more shocked by the manner and style in which the Aussies got annihilated in the Emerald Isle. The boys get stuck into a road map of why the Wallabies find themselves in this situation and then they propose some possible ways in which we can right this ship, post the Joe Schmidt era. However, it is not all doom and gloom on the KOKO show as we highlight some of the other games from over the weekend, results that saw England beat the All Blacks in style, Scotland blow a big lead against Argentina and the Springboks beat Italy with only 14 men, AGAIN! As the international year comes to a close, we round the bend with only one week remaining in the Spring Tour and for the Wallabies it is all about leaving a mark against France, drawing a line in the sand that says “the slide stops here”. The KOKO Crew gives you all their predictions heading into round four of the tour, airing a few spicy upsets in the process and telling you who are the dead set locks. To finish the show we step away from the privately educated world of these ra ra raggamuffins to answer a listener question that shows a more human side to the lads - “what is your guilty pleasure no one knows about?’ - let’s just say the answers will knock your cashmere socks off. So sit back, relax, draw yourself a nice long bath and eat a tub of crunchy peanut butter with a spoon. S2 Ep 46KOKO Dissects the State of Wallabies After Italy Kicked Them in the Burratas

This week on The KOKO Show the lads were a little down in the dumps and we decided that we wouldn't subject a special guest to our somber footy fuelled pizza-less pity party. Thus, we went for a no guest nonsense episode in the hope that with each other's support, love and no mention of Italian cuisine, we might start to make some sense of the Azurri’s shocking defeat over the Wallabies in Udine. The boys in this ep untie the bondage ropes, unfurl the main-sail and shoot from the hip as they search for answers surrounding the apparent regression of Australian rugby post their historical win over the Boks in South Africa. Questions are raised and theories are presented as to why our glorious gold jersey is dipping back into bad habits and playing an inaccurate brand of footy that screams fatigue and self-doubt. However, KOKO isn't just a one stop shop for doom and gloom, as we touch on all the other results from week two of the Spring Tour, matches that saw the Boks bounce the Frogs, the English defeat Fiji, the Pumas pounce on the Welsh and the All Blacks thumb their noses to the thistles. Plus, we take a look forward to week 3 of the tour, previewing and predicting that some teams (the All Blacks) will continue their roll and where others can bounce back from the depths of defeat (the Wallabies). Finally, the lads really lighten the mood of the show by answering a listener's question to take their minds off the on field action and boy does it ruffle a couple of feathers. So sit back, relax and boycott your local Italian businesses, it is very clear that they are doing better than advertised! S2 Ep 45Ugo Monye Has a Ball on KOKO After England’s Big Win Over the Wallabies

This week on The KOKO Show the lads are left to pick up the pieces after watching the Wallabies get put to the sword by a clinical English side over the Weekend. As Australians, there are a few things in life that can completely ruin your day: an increase in petrol prices, a shit coffee, tall poppies and losing to England in absolutely anything. So, being joined on the pod by one of England’s favourite sons Ugo Monye, made the licking of wounds so much harder for the lads as they had to navigate all the salt he was rubbing into them. With Ugo in tow and chipper as hell we broke down the English tidy up at Twickenham, illuminating where the Poms were perfect and why the Aussies couldn't fire a single shot. Ugo also gave us the low down on the English public’s current feelings about their rugby team and who they absolutely hate losing to on the world stage. Plus, we ran our collective footballing IQ’s across all the other international matches that happened over the weekend, results that saw South Africa jump Japan, Scotland make light work of the USA and the All Blacks pull apart the Irish. Finally, the KOKO crew look forward to next weekend as the Wallabies shape up to take on the Italians in Udine, whilst also previewing all the other big international matches on the card. So, to all my fellow Australians, lift up your chins, raise up your voices and say something mean to your local English import. It is time to forget about last weekend’s result, move on to next week’s match and enjoy the soothing sounds of an all new episode of Kick Offs and Kick Ons. S2 Ep 44KOKO Says Sayonara to Japan and Previews the Titanic Tussle against England

This week on the KOKO show we bring it back to our roots, delivering to you a no guest nonsense pod that is packed full of smack talk, poking fun at each other's insecurities and butt load of code. To start off the lads unpack the Wallabies’ close call in Tokyo, as Eddie’s Brave Blossoms put up one hell of a fight to try and claim their first ever ‘dub’ against the might of the green and gold. However, our golden gladiators battled the elements and some sloppy execution to claim the win and our panel of pricks picked it apart to identify some work-ons before we take on the might of England. Ladies and gentlemen spring has sprung and autumn has autumned, depending on where you live, but one thing is for certain the world over its time for some tangy touring. With the Wallabies touching down in the Motherland ready to make jellied eels out of these pommy princes, the KOKO lads have put together a full ‘Spring Tour Set Up’, previewing this week's tussle at Twickenham, as well as all the other international clashes this weekend. With hemispheric denomination at stake, emotions will run high as KOKO gets well and truly behind the South to ride these suckers home and prove which semi-circle is the best at playing footy. So get jacked, don your nation's garb and ready your noble steed, because this shit is about to get real up in here and The KOKO Show is a one stop shop for all your Spring Tour silliness. It’s time for an all new episode of Kick Offs and Kick Ons.TIMESTAMPS:00:00 - Start of the show 01:05 - Introduce the show 04:12 - The boys talk about their trip to Paris 07:09 - WHOOP Promotional Segment11:05 - JAPAN V WALLABIES REVIEW 25:53 - KOKO’S Patreon Channel plug26:57 - Spring Tour Hype  29:24 - ENGLAND V WALLABIES PREVIEW35:17 - The boys look at the English squad 38:29 - Bernard Foley has bleached his hair39:24 - Goit talks about the high ball contest v England41:27 - The boys pick their Wallabies side 44:17 - Score Predictions 45:49 - IRELAND V ALL BLACKS PREVIEW 48:59 - Other international score predictions49:22 - Other Rugby News 56:11 - Close of the showBUY YOUR KOKO MERCHANDISE AND STAY TUNED FOR EVENTS - www.kickoffsandkickons.comMake sure you follow us on all socials:INSTA: @kickoffskickonsTWITTER/X: @kickoffskickonsYOUTUBE: @kickoffsandkickonsTIKTOK: @kickoffskickonsIf you do want to talk about sponsorship or anything business related then please do get in touch with us [email protected]. S2 Ep 43James Slipper Gives KOKO 151 Reasons as to Why He is the Man!

This week on the KOKO Show we recorded a little earlier to ensure we had time to say bon voyage to Drew and Gits before they turned left on QF 1 for a week of “work” / debauchery in the City of Love, Paris. However, before these two departed on their baguette beating adventure, we were joined by the third most capped rugby player of all time, a man that has an upper body like a Canadian Grizzly and legs like Margo Robbie from the Barbie movie, it is of course the Aussie Rugby GOAT Mr James Slipper. In this ep the lads put Slips on the hot seat, delving deep into his 151 cap career, revealing his lung busting pre-game ritual and they show him some love for what has been one of the great slogs of all time. Plus, the boys give him some sage words of advice on what not to do in retirement as this beautiful backy bastard sails seamlessly into his next chapter of life. Additionally ye KOKO faithful, we give you all the action from the Aussie A demolition job of the Japan XV in Osaka, we cover a plethora of exciting rugby news and lastly, we have another little crack at convincing you that we are actually trying to lose weight in our KOKO fitness challenge, in partnership with Whoop. All this mediocre madness and not a whole more in this week’s brand new episode of Kick Offs and Kick Ons.TIMESTAMPS:00:00 - Start of the show 02:11 - Introduce James Slipper 04:16 - Slips on his retirement 05:36 - Slips’ most enjoyable time playing for Australia 06:41 - Slips on his busted nose 07:54 - Slips on his 150th and 151st games11:00 - Did Slips think about playing a 5th RWC?12:25 - Slips is excited about a Brumbies pre-season 13:45 - Slips’ cheeky off pitch routine 15:52 - The boys give Slips retirement advice 18:42 - Slips on how the Wallabies will do on the Spring Tour 19:47 - Slips on Joe Schmidt 21:55 - Quickfire questions with Slips 27:10 - Farewell to Slips 29:03 - KOKO Learnings 31:02 - WHOOP Plug 35:13 - Drew and Goit are heading to Paris 39:54 - JAPAN XV V AUSTRALIA A REVIEW 42:20 - Other Rugby News 49:27 - Drew brings in presents and KOKO upcoming merch51:48 - Close of the show BUY YOUR KOKO MERCHANDISE AND STAY TUNED FOR EVENTS - www.kickoffsandkickons.comMake sure you follow us on all socials:INSTA: @kickoffskickons TWITTER/X: @kickoffskickons YOUTUBE: @kickoffsandkickons TIKTOK: @kickoffskickons If you do want to talk about sponsorship or anything business related then please do get in touch with us [email protected]. his week on The KOKO Show we celebrate our first landmark achievement as a wannabe podcast. In what has been a topsy turvy 22 months, we are now part of the illustrious 100K club and it is all thanks to you the fans that we are fortunate enough to roll this shit out each week and call it a job. So, thank you and please keep supporting us on this journey! To help us celebrate this lofty showbiz achievement we are joined in the studio by one of the best young guns in Australian Rugby, he is the starting flyhalf of our resurgent Wallabies and without question the shows favourite courageous carrot top, it is of course, the one and only Tane Edmed. Merely hours after learning that he would be travelling to Japan and Europe with the Wallabies on the Spring Tour, Tane sat down with the lads to discuss his career thus far, what it is like getting lit up by Joe Schmidt and he explained the mindset of the group as they head off for what will be a cracking end of year tour. It is fair to say that this young firebrand is not just impressive on the pitch but his attitude, work ethic and innate leadership are qualities of a young rugby player that we should be proud to see don the green and gold. Plus, as a fellow Whoop wearer, Tane lets the lads in on a few trade secrets about the data you want to see and the numbers we should try to avoid as we continue to embark on our journey towards fitness immortality all thanks to our dear friends at Whoop. So sit back, relax and let the future of Australian Rugby get handsy with your soul, because this redheaded renegade will put weekly reiki and a rubdown in the rear vision mirror for good. S2 Ep 41Nic White Retires for One Final Time on The KOKO Show…We Think!

This week on the KOKO Show the whole gang is finally back together, Drew survived Perth, Goit is tucked away in Canberra and Swoop is done and dusted with his gruelling conference schedule. Plus, the lads are joined this week by the recently retired bow legged bad boy from Scone and one of the greatest Wallabies to ever lace them up, it is of course Mr Nic White. With Whitey in the wings the boys dissect the final round of the RC that saw the mighty Wallabies go down to the AB’s for the 11th time on the trot and the brave Boks claim a nail-bitting win over Los Pumas in London to claim their second title in as many years. In summation, this year’s RC will go down as one of the most competitive of all time and despite the stylish South Africans prevailing as the winners, all four sides will head into their spring tours buoyed with the knowledge they can beat anyone on their day. With the rugby on home soil all wrapped up for 2025, the lads turned their attention to Nic White’s career, giving the little maestro his flowers in celebration of everything he has done for rugby in Australia and they discuss what his plans are for the not too distant future. Finally, we finish the episode having a little look at the Waratahs’ big win over the Western Force in the Super Rugby AUS final, we have a deep dive into the world of R360 and to wrap it all up we share our fitness challenge progress as the silly season approaches all thanks to our dear friends at WHOOP. So sit back, relax and check your resting heart rate, because that SOB is about to go through the roof with an all new episode of Kick Offs and Kick Ons.      TIMESTAMPS00:00 - Start of the show 02:48 - Welcome back Swoop 04:10 - KOKO Learnings 06:11 - Nic White joins the show 10:40 - Nic on what it is like in the coaches box 14:11 -Nic has officially retired 17:36 - Nic White’s greatest highlights 19:39 - Nic White’s hardest moments 21:22 - Nic White’s three best teammates 23:53 - Nic White’s take on Australian Rugby right now 27:13 - The Wallabies taking the next step 28:52 - WALLABIES V ALL BLACKS REVIEW 33:53 - Nic White’s impending surgery 35:49 - Nic White’s life after footy 36:40 - Nic White’s Outro 39:45 - WALLABIES V ALL BLACKS REVIEW PT 247:21 - ARGENTINA V SOUTH AFRICA REVIEW 53:16 - WARATAHS V FORCE REVIEW 55:42 - Boys talk R360 59:03 - KOKO FITNESS CHALLENGE BROUGHT TO YOU BY WHOOP01:02:34 - Close of the show BUY YOUR KOKO MERCHANDISE AND STAY TUNED FOR EVENTS - www.kickoffsandkickons.comKOKO BONUS PATREON CONTENT - SUBSCRIBE HERE: https://www.patreon.com/cw/KickOffsandKickOnsMake sure you follow us on all socials:INSTA: @kickoffskickonsTWITTER/X: @kickoffskickonsYOUTUBE: @kickoffsandkickonsTIKTOK: @kickoffskickonsIf you do want to talk about sponsorship or anything business related then please do get in touch with us [email protected]. S2 Ep 40KOKO is Back to Talk TRC Round 5 and it Feels so Damn (Tom) Wright

This week on the KOKO Show we are back bigger, better and more bodacious after a much needed week off. The lads have rested their weary bodies and sharpened their footy minds in order to tackle this week's double dose of RC magic and to celebrate Mr Giteau's 43rd Birthday in style. On the show we went cover to cover on the Wallabies’ narrow loss to the All blacks at Eden Park, extending their unbeaten streak at the ‘Garden’ to 52 wins on the trot and we have a seriously deep gander at the weird and wacky result out of Durban that saw the Springboks slap the rumps of the Pumas to the tune of 67-30. Plus, the KOKO lads are joined by the Eastern Suburbs eshay and Canberra’s clippered up king Mr Tom Wright, to chat about how his ACL recovery is going, when we can expect him back on the pitch and what it was like to see James Slipper play his 150th Test Match over the weekend. With the boys getting older and the beers flowing more freely we checked back in on our KOKO Fitness Challenge to see how the lads are progressing or regressing in their goal to reach that ever elusive 10% body fat. However, thanks to our new friends at WHOOP the boys can track their journey and see in what areas they are excelling and where they need to lower the shoulders and partake in a couple of tough carries. Finally, we took some time to celebrate the mighty English Red Roses on their incredible World Cup win at Twickenham, as they took down those crazy Canadians 33-13 in some serious style. Congratulations Girls! So sit back, relax and get ready for a refreshed dose of debauchery, the boys are back with juice in the tank and love in their hearts to give you an all new episode of Kick Offs and Kick Ons.TIMESTAMPS:00:00 - Start of the show 02:44 - Matt Giteau gets delivered a birthday cake 05:15 - KOKO Learnings 09:15 - KOKO Weight Loss Challenge brought to you by WHOOP14:19 - ALL BLACKS V WALLABIES REVIEW24:14 - Patreon shout out 26:01 - Introduce Tom Wright 27:09 - Tom Wright’s recovery 27:52 - James Slippers 150th Cap29:00 - Tom Wright on Jorgo’s work at fullback 29:52 - The art of contested kicking 33:22 - Tom Wright on Ryan Lonergan’s debut 34:52 - Tom Wright on Billy Pollard 36:34 - Nic White is back in the squad 40:11 - Tom Wright's end of the year plans 42:58 - The KOKO Quiz 50:21 - SOUTH AFRICA V ARGENTINA REVIEW 54:56 - SUPER RUGBY AUS SCORES 56:16 - Congratulations to the English Red Roses on the RWC win57:34 - Other Rugby News 58:48 - Close of the showBUY YOUR KOKO MERCHANDISE AND STAY TUNED FOR EVENTS - www.kickoffsandkickons.comMake sure you follow us on all socials:INSTA: @kickoffskickonsTWITTER/X: @kickoffskickonsYOUTUBE: @kickoffsandkickonsTIKTOK: @kickoffskickonsIf you do want to talk about sponsorship or anything business related then please do get in touch with us [email protected].
