The power is back in the hands of the renters! In December, LA rent prices dropping to a four-year low, and there’s an increased housing supply to boot. Mark recalls the time he tried to book a Las Vegas hotel room, and soon realized he was dealing with an AI reservation booker. Apparently, dashing actor Pierce Brosnan was spotted by James Bond producers when he starred in the 1980s detective series “Remington Steele,” who then approached him to play 007. A miniature donkey named Dolly Parton escaped from her farm in Michigan! Fortunately, a community-wide search brought beloved Dolly the donkey back to safety. A deal has been made in DC to avoid another government shutdown related to ICE funding. Mark once took part in a telethon with a guest who was a clairvoyant. She told him she saw a specific dollar amount surrounding him. That number never eventuated. Not yet.
