Before I met You i was never really me I was looking for the Truth by rolling up tree i was looking for the Truth in the LSD i was really so confused but never really free i was in a costume and couldn't even breathe i was stuck in some shoes in control of my feet i was stuck, so consumed by my lust and my greed my only excuse is, I am not worthy i am too dirty i am too worldy i see a man who died in His thirties He died for my sins to come live within so i could stop hurting all of my burdens are cast upon Him i am too certain there's only one person who can forgive sin i started turning from all of my sins i started learning the whole world is burning the harvest is slim (ya know, God heals us He gives us the power to turn from sin But after we are healed we don't go back to what made us sick We follow the One who healed us.) I got on my knees God gave me the keys and the chains were broken no longer a slave He cured my disease and then it was spoken Now go be a witness to all of the others go be a witness to all of your brothers go speak the Truth and don't...you...stutter do you hear the buzzer at the last supper don't you ever wonder why you always have to suffer don't you ever wonder why you can never muster the strength to turn from the things that drag you to the gutter you keep looking at the world but you don't see the color and you mutter "why am i here?" I know you are looking for something to make you whole i know you are looking that freedom deep in your soul i know who can give it to you Jesus Christ i know who can give it to you Jesus Christ can heal you a battle for your soul the devil tries to steal you it was written in the scroll Jesus Christ can heal you and the devil wants control but in Christ that's the real you pray to God and behold be filled with His Spirit and you will explode with the Truth of Christ as He makes His abode His Love overflows and all was foretold but you must stop living in your wicked ways God's grace is everyone's favorite phrase after being freed don't go back to your chains after being found don't go back to the maze i am amazed at all of the christians who have gone astray i hear the praise but where's the display how do you have faith if you never change don't you fear God, aren't you afraid living in sin is your biggest mistake you claim to follow what you have betrayed you call God Father but you don't behave God forgives sin and then we refrain you are asleep I say awake turn from the snake our sins are erased and now we obey God the Father the Lord and the Savior but does your belief match your behavior we have a new heart we have a new nature no longer in hate we're Loving our neighbor i give my life to the Creator I'm Loving my Maker no one is greater than Jesus Christ the ultimate Teacher i die to this world i am a new creature fighting the devil is standard procedure I look at my flesh and say I don't need ya no i won't feed ya i am just eager to follow my Leader be a good seeder be a believer awaken the sleepers i've got a fever I am on fire for Christ
