As we conclude this month’s Real Conversation from the C-suite with Ms. Kelli Kirkland, we end on one of my favorite concepts, which is the challenge of becoming comfortable with discomfort. In our conversation today, Kelli and I share a very scary time together, and yet it resulted in one of the most personally revealing and powerful conclusions to a conversation I’ve ever had! It reminds me, once again, that being able to sit with and in my discomfort and fear can lead to great outcomes!
