An Introduction to C-suite Peer Advisory Groups

We often talk about the power of peer mentoring and peer coaching, but it’s more than just a notion. It’s a powerful process for reflection and growth. At each level of the organizational system-of-systems, critical insights can be shared simply by having a conversation. Especially for members of the C-suite, the power of peers can be most effective for exploring different conversations like Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
