In 2005, Adam Adams took the plunge into part-time real estate investing, but it quickly became his full-time passion! Adam has partnered in many multifamily syndications both as a general partner and as a limited partner. His company, Blue Spruce Holdings, focuses on finding assets for passive investors to take part in the ownership, cashflow, and tax benefits passively.
