Dan was a professional snowboarder for over a decade. He is a four-time X-Games Medalist, earning two gold and two silver medals throughout his career. Dan is extremely well-known in the snowboard community and was featured in Snowboarder Magazine as the rider nominated #3 Rider in the World in 2012. Dan began investing in multi-family in 2012, then transitioned to a full-time real estate investor in 2020. Today, he is a general partner in over 2,500 units and over $370,000,000 of assets. He is the co-founder of Granite Towers Equity Group, a real estate private equity firm. Dan and his business partner Mike focus on acquiring and managing multi- family projects nationwide. He is also the co-host of The Keeping It Real Estate Show and co-author of the book 4 Steps to Successful Passive Investing.
