Ahhh passive Income - you either desire it or believe it to be full of sh!t. We’ve all had dreams of sitting on a beach, paying for cocktails from the interest earnt on our lotto winnings. OR having 4 rental properties, collecting the rent and doing the same, but probably just on Himitangi beach rather than a Hawaiian one. BUT a lot of can understand passive income whilst interest rates are higher so let's take a look at some examples.
