Our culture is in a BIG hurry. Fast foods, instant coffee, speed dating, ready-made goods, Doordash, and offers of easy solutions to difficult problems are trendy in our generation. Unfortunately, many have falsely applied this rule to the making of a leader. They expect an emergence of a Moses without the wilderness experience, an Esther without prayer and fasting, and a David without sheepherding in obscurity. Spiritual leadership without a price tag is nothing more than a shallow immature fantasy.You can microwave a potato in 7 minutes, but the making of a "golden" vessel of God can take a lifetime.
