Aviel Silook, founder of the event, has always been a huge fan of music videos. In fact, at the age of 14, Silook would wake up in the middle of the night, just to watch all the censored videos he loved. It resulted in him missing 100 days of school. Now Silook says the biggest reward of his job is watching what happens throughout the weekend, when the nominees all get to know each other and then collaborate together for the following year.
