Today is the third day of national fuel protests, with motorways, ports, depots and refineries now the focus of the campaign.
Around 150 vehicles travelled in a slow moving convoy along the M9 early this morning before stopping at Junction 9 at Danesfort, blocking the northbound lanes while the northbound slip was also blocked. The blockade was lifted shortly before 5pm this (Thursday) evening.
These protestors, including Hugginstown-based Paschal O'Shea, told KCLR's Dermot Keyes why they were taking part in the blockade.
