Martin Prendiville, Director of Finance with Kilkenny County Council, spoke to KCLR News about a range of new developments planned for the Abbey Quarter.
Speaking to Dermot Keyes, Mr Prendiville discusses the Council's decision, following approval from Councillors, to take out a €24 million loan to acquire Block 7 within the Abbey Quarter site, where it will consolidate its own offices which are currently housed at three other locations within the city.
