Carlow's VISUAL Arts Centre and George Bernard Shaw Theatre will be fully decarbonised in a €1.5 milllion project, which will include the installation of modern heating and ventilation systems.
Carlow County Council and the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland are co-funding the project, with Aramark Energy Ireland appointed as the lead design team.
Fine Gael County Councillor Fergal Browne spoke to KCLR News about what this project means for the facility.
