If your typical day includes trying to tackle a list of 15 plus to-do's, and you oftentimes find yourself working on 2 or more of these things at the same time, then I think we can both agree this system doesn't work. Working on multiple things simultaneously just to check them off your list isn't productive at all. At least not in terms of creating meaningful content that actually serves a purpose.
