Having an accountability partner who I meet with on a consistent basis and who I know is going to hold me to doing what I say I'll do has changed everything for me.
Tasks that used to get pushed to the side and abandoned for months at a time; major projects that I didn't start because I wasn't sure where to start exactly; these are all things that having an accountability partner has pushed me to accomplish - finished tasks, setting deadlines and accomplishing my goals.
