I use relatable examples - from businesses to sports clubs - to illustrate these concepts in a simple, digestible manner.
I also touch on the need to foster a good climate for cultural growth using examples from football club management. I conclude by emphasising the importance of respecting cultures, creating a good climate, and always being open to learning.
