Show Notes
The theory of post-traumatic growth explains a transformation following personal trauma. Developed by psychologists Richard Tedeschi and Lawrence Calhoun, it holds that people can endure a psychological struggle in difficult times, but experience a positive growth as a consequence.
In this final episode of this series, Michael gets personal, telling a story which established one of the fundamental principles of his life recognising his own post-traumatic growth and shares how to cultivate it and how it can help you too.
