Systems testing for the Kansas City Streetcar Riverfront Extension begins this week, causing traffic changes around Grand Boulevard and the Riverfront. On March 25th, flaggers guided traffic at Second Street and Grand Boulevard. On March 26th, testing moved to Second Street and Third Street, with possible short closures on the Grand Boulevard Berkley Parkway bridge.
