Powell Gardens in Kingsville has acquired Colonial Gardens in Blue Springs, renaming it Powell Gardens Colonial Farms. This strategic move, effective immediately, allows the botanical spot forty miles southeast of Kansas City to expand its reach. To celebrate the new beginning, a two-day event is scheduled for March 20th and 21st at Powell Gardens on Northwest U.S. Highway fifty.
