Kansas State Representative John Resman, who served the one hundred twenty-first district, has passed away at seventy. Known for his public service, Resman was a deputy sheriff, Army veteran, and Kansas National Guard member. Governor Laura Kelly and Johnson County Board of Commissioners Chairman Mike Kelly honored his dedication, with flags at half-staff until sunset of his interment.
