Big Grove Brewery, known for its Iowa powerhouse status, is expanding its reach with its first Kansas City spot in Prairie Village this spring. The grand opening is set for May twenty-first at seventy-sixty Mission Road in Johnson County, taking over part of the old Macys building. After initially planning for a fall twenty twenty-six opening, construction is now wrapping up, with soft openings scheduled for May fourteenth and fifteenth. To staff up, theyre holding hiring events at the Indigo Hotel in downtown Kansas City from April sixth to eighth. This new ten thousand to twelve thousand square foot spot includes a full patio and kids play area, joining other amenities in the Shops of Prairie Village. Big Grove, one of the Midwests fastest-growing craft breweries, is excited to bring fresh brews and vibes to the KC crowd just in time for summer hangs.
