Six U.S. Army Reserve soldiers, including Captain Cody Khork from Florida, tragically lost their lives in a drone strike on a command center in Kuwait. Khork, a masters student at Webster University, was a dedicated military police officer with multiple deployments. The other victims were Sergeant First Class Noah Tietjens, Sergeant Declan Coady, Chief Warrant Officer Three Robert Marzan, Sergeant First Class Nicole Amor, and Major Jeffrey O’Brien. Webster University and their families mourned their loss, praising their service and sacrifice.
