After a year as uncomfortable as 2020, perhaps one of the greatest lessons we can take into the new year is how to cultivate the art of embracing the unexpected and unpleasant. This is usually where we evolve, change and make our greatest strides towards personal growth; either by choice or through willpower. It’s never easy and often comes with challenging pressures, but with a hot cup of a coffee and the right mindset, it just may lead us to the greatest life treasures.
