Many people are surprised the classified documents case will be tried in there and not in the nation's capital even though witnesses testified before a Grand Jury in Washington D.C. Then. he discusses Trump's public narrative about his innocence. He seems to have his defense ready to go on why he took classified documents to his Florida home. Glenn tells why this won't hold up in court. And winding it up - he runs down the hypotheticals and wonders what if Donald Trump becomes president again and how will he be able to manipulate his legal situation if he wins the election.
