Then he discusses former Vice President Mike Pence - who's been ordered to comply with a subpoena and testify in the probe of Donald Trump's efforts to interfere in the 2020 election results. Glenn wonders if Pence will plead the 5th and if so will he be granted immunity by special counsel Jack Smith.
