Donald Trump's lawyer, John Lauro, is going on TV trying to undermine the public's confidence in the January 6th election interference case by discrediting the judge, the prosecutors, and the courts. Glenn reminds us: Judge Chutkan don't play. During a TV interview on NBC - Lauro claimed Trump only made a technical violation of the constitution but didn't actually commit a crime. Constitutional Law Scholar Congressman Jamie Raskin says it's still a violation. Glenn says "Don't buy into the propaganda of Donald Trump".
