Donald Trump has announced that he's been officially informed that he's a target of the federal insurrection investigation. Glenn says this means Special Counsel Jack Smith is ready to ask the grand jury to indict him for inciting the January 6th riots at the capitol and for his part in trying to overturn Biden's win in the 2020 election.
