Trump-appointed judge David Novak has ordered Lindsay Halligan to explain why she continues to sign indictments as the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, after a federal judge ruled that she was appointed unlawfully and unconstitutionally, and thus is NOT the US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
