Search Warrants Move Feds Closer to Charging Giuliani. Will Rudy Flip on Bill Barr & Donald Trump?

Given the recent federal search warrants for Rudy Giuliani's home, office and electronic devices, it appears federal prosecutors may be moving in the direction of criminally charging Giuliani. The next big decision for Giuliani will be whether he wants to cooperate with prosecutors to bring others to justice. If anyone knows the value of cooperation it's Rudy Giuliani, a former US Attorney.  Also, might Trump secretly have granted Giuliani a pardon before leaving office? And if Giuliani has a "pocket pardon", will Attorney General Merrick Garland be willing to fight any and all corrupt pardons in court?
