In a blockbuster revelation in court at the hearing in the James Comey and Letitia James vindictive prosecution cases, the presiding judge indicated that she didn't believe the prosecutors had given her all of the tapes from the grand jury proceedings in which Lindsey Halligan indicted Comey.
