Judge Kyle Dudek was appointed to the federal bench by Donald Trump and was confirmed two weeks ago. Right off the bat - Judge Dudek has ruled against the Trump administration in an immigration case.
Notably, corporate media did not report on this important development - independent media did. Specifically, an independent journalist on Substack at Migrant Insider reported, "Another Trump Judge Rebels Against Mass Deportations".
