Today - Glenn takes on 2 trials of Donald Trump. First he discusses New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg who has asked a judge to bar Donald Trump from using evidence from his criminal case to attack witnesses, citing what they say is the former president's history of making “harassing, embarrassing, and threatening statements” about people he's tangled with in legal disputes. Next he debates Trump's civil case with E Jean Carroll who alleges he raped her in the 1990s. The judge has now ordered the jury to hide their identities from each other for protection against Trump's bullying and his supporters threats.
