Two good news stories broke today on the justice front: 1. Rudy Giuliani's criminal associate, Igor Fruman, will be pleading guilty in federal court in New York on Wednesday. This spells real trouble for not only Rudy Giuliani but for Donald Trump as well. 2. The House Select Committee investigating the January 6 insurrection took steps today signaling that the committee will be subpoenaing the cell phone records of members of Congress to explore their possible complicity in the insurrection.
