A federal judge just ruled that Mark Meadows failed to even make the minimal showing that his Georgia RICO prosecution should be transferred from state court to federal court. This finding is likely to be fatal to any effort Trump may have mounted to try to move HIS case to federal court. Glenn says this ruling means Meadows, Trump and their other criminal associates and co-conspirators will be tried in Georgia state court, and the trial will be televised and live-streamed for all to see. Then, the Georgia state special grand jury that hears the evidence in the Georgia state elections crimes investigation recommended that Sen. Lindsey Graham, Mike Flynn and others should be indicted for their crimes. Glenn explains what should happen next, and what WILL happen next.
