In a two-to-one split decision, a Georgia State Appeals court ruled that District Attorney Fani Willis should be removed from the RICO case against Donald Trump and his co-conspirators, for trying to overturn the Georgia election results in violation of state election laws. However, the court also said that the prosecution can continue but must be transferred to another Georgia county prosecutors office. Glenn discusses the three main takeaways from the court ruling.
