We know that the House Ethics Committee found "substantial evidence" that Matt Gaetz engaged in misconduct in multiple ways. But there are other questions to be answered:
1. Did Gaetz get a full opportunity to tell the Ethics Committee his side of the story?
2. Why did the committee stop short of sanctioning Gaetz?
3. What of the Department of Justice investigation of Gaetz which resulted in no charges being filed?
