In this episode, we return to the conversation that I had with Dr. Fayola Jacobs from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
During the second half of our conversation, Dr. Jacobs and I spoke about the importance of improving access for marginalized folks, strategies for navigating and challenging the norms and conventions of higher-education, and growing the content and format of academic discourse in the hopes of making it more inclusive of a broader range of people and perspectives.
