Lucas Pols is the founder of Spark xyz, a technology platform built to connect incubators and accelerators with early-stage start-ups and help with their talent management. He has written a 40-article series discussing the topics of entrepreneurship and founder failures. Lucas also currently writes for Forbes and does speaking engagements around Los Angeles.
