We always wanted to keep Just Another Group Chat real, a fly on the wall view in an office filled with women. This week we delve into period talk, for most of us it happens every month but how much attention do you pay to it?
Do you track your period? Do you ever change up what you use? How do you manage your symptoms?
Not that we need to say it but this is your reminder that women are bloody amazing. They can we can be dealing with cramps, headaches, acne, mood swings, digestion issues not to mention the bleeding - every month and still go about life.
