The career funnel: School, A-level's, Uni, Job. When you think about it, all relies on some big decisions as a 15 or 16 year old.
This week Kim is joined by the lovely Bex and Ellen from our Manufacturing Team as they look at the pressure of making decisions after you finish school education. Should you go to Uni? What should you study? Should you take a gap year? How do you even make those decisions at such a young age.
