In Financial Crimes Evidence — The Judge’s Decision (Pt 12), we conclude our review of the in camera hearing before Judge Clifton Newman so that the court may determine the admissibility of evidence of the defendant’s financial crimes in his murder trial. The episode include the testimony of a final witness in the hearing, Alex Murdaugh’s former law partner Ronnie Crosby, as well as Judge Newman’s decision on whether all or some of the financial crimes evidence should be admitted.
