The Trial of Kyle Rittenhouse: Admissible Evidence Hearing — Part 1, host Kary Antholis examines the first portion of an October 25, 2021 pretrial hearing. In this hearing, the prosecution seeks to prevent testimony from two potential defense witnesses—one a Kenosha Wisconsin Police Officer named Amanda Franco with a tenuous link to the August 25, 2020 shooting, and the other, a use-of-force expert named Dr. John Black.
