Show Notes

On this episode of Jury Duty: The Trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, host Kary Antholis is joined once again by Abbe Smith who serves as Professor of Law and Director of the Criminal Defense and Prisoner Advocacy Clinic at Georgetown University. Together they discuss a number of the issues that were raised by the courtroom events that we covered this past week, including ways that both the Prosecution and the Defense sought to advance their respective narratives for the jury through the use of video evidence as well as the testimony of one of the lead detectives on the case.
