Show Notes

This season of Jury Duty explores the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse. In Prior Acts Hearing — Part 1, host Kary Antholis begins our examination of the September 17, 2021 pretrial hearing conducted via video conference. During this hearing, Lead Prosecutor Thomas Binger asks Judge Bruce Schroeder to allow three pieces of evidence at trial—one, that Kyle Rittenhouse previously assaulted a female, two that he had mused about shooting suspected shoplifters with his semi-automatic weapon and three, that Rittenhouse associated with The Proud Boys.
