On the heels of this, he highlights the importance of discerning the times and seasons. He reminds us that we're here to serve this generation and make a difference. For those who do not know what to do, they can begin by reading the Bible until it starts speaking back to them. This means that God is looking to respond to the fight inside, and only when we have the word of God inside us, will He respond to the fights inside of us. In like manner, Joseph urges us to be radically obedient to God while instructing us to know the times and seasons like the sons of Issachar. Not only should we understand the times, but also know what to do about the times, while having the right tribal alignment. He exposes that the way to know when one is aligned with the right tribe is that, one can't say the wrong things to the right people, nor say the right things to the wrong people. Joseph begins by responding to concerns raised regarding whether we're held accountable for every word we speak, revealing that there's potency to our confessions, especially when our hearts and mouths work together. However, the Book of Mathew 12:36 warns that every word we say will be given account of on the day of judgment. That is to say, we're cautioned to be wary of certain words we speak, especially in the judgment of others because the measure we give, is the same measure we receive. In the studio, today with Joseph Z is Pastor Todd Coconato, and they talk about how the enemy is waging war against God's economy, and praying in the spirit. Pastor Todd informs us that the church has the power to restrain the enemy because the enemy wants to stifle the church by portraying "giving" and "speaking in tongues" in a bad light. Unfortunately for them though, they can not buy the anointing of God, and thus, the church has the power to issue a restraining order against all those who oppose it. He further discloses that although we have to occupy all areas of influence, it's important we understand the battle we're dealing with, and by utilizing the weapon of speaking in tongues, can disarm the enemy.
