Ep. 191 - Dyno-Mitosaur (Dorohedoro Eps. 1-4)
On this week's (cursed) episode, the technical issues persist, but 2.5 of us manage to talk about Dorohedoro, episodes 1-4. We spend a lot of time trying to rescue Myles and debating how much Marc inferred from watching the anime. We also talk about if we're too old for sleepovers, dinosaurs vs. lizards, and the games Wacky Gator and Dinosaur Dentist. Since Myles was having internet issues and couldn't finish giving his thoughts on Dorohedoro, here are some of the thoughts he sent over via email: "Hi Jjbp crew, It's Myles, normally a co-host of this show, but out of commission this week due to wi-fi issues. I found this show, whose name I will not attempt to spell, tedious. I did not like having to learn the rules of yet another world, and rather than explaining things, the show added more complexity as it went. Just tell me what's happening please. Things I did like: all the food; Kaiman, who is lizard Okayasu; the action; the art. I liked the strong, non-petite jovial women as well. It seems like I enjoyed many aspects of this show, but I will probably never watch it again. Not really horny at the moment, Myles" We'll also have the solo Myles' audio from our first attempt at recording (on Aug. 16) on our Patreon. Support us there! https://patreon.com/jjbpod
